Outlines

We highly recommend you begin all articles with the outline tool.

The outline is the top right of your individual project screen. Each outline costs 1 credit and takes 15 - 20 seconds to make.

All you need to do is enter your topic. We don't suggest for you to customize any additional settings as the AI output will get worse.

As we show above, just enter a topic and you'll be good to go. So you can see the full list of options, here they are -- listed below.

  1. Enter Topic > The Best format for your topic is to enter in your primary keyword, a semicolon, and 3-5 things you want to cover. Example = Home Cleaning Schedule: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Seasonal, Annual We highly recommend that you use this format as it provides the best output. We have tested over 1,000 articles. Believe us.

  2. Core Topic Needed > The best output uses the exact thing you entered as your topic.

  3. Article Purpose Needed > The best output uses the exact thing you entered as your topic.

  4. Website Purpose Needed > The best output uses the exact thing you entered as your topic.

  5. Search Intent Needed > The best output uses the exact thing you entered as your topic.

  6. Tone > Our recommendation is to leave as default. Our proprietary AI process will figure out the best tone to rank.

  7. Audience > Our recommendation is to leave as default. Our proprietary AI process will figure out the best audience target to rank.

  8. Point of View > Our recommendation is to leave as default. Our proprietary AI process will figure out the best POV to rank.

  9. Intent > Our recommendation is to leave as default. Our proprietary AI process will figure out the intent.

  10. Writing Style > Our recommendation is to leave as default. Our proprietary AI process will figure out the best writing style to rank.

  11. Reading Level > Our recommendation is to leave as default. Our proprietary AI process will figure out the best reading level to rank.

  12. Customer Journey Stage > Our recommendation is to leave as default. Our proprietary AI process will figure out the customer journey for you.

  13. Act as Who? > This is a setting for shits and giggles. Do not use it unless you're into shits and giggles. At this time, it will likely be overridden by the other settings.

Default values are recommended for everything but if you want to change the values, the system text directions guiding the article writer will use your custom values to shape the article.

By default, we check Outline Turbo. This mode is the best quality and it is 5x faster. The difference is the AI secret sauce. Our founder is a prompt engineer that has spent over 1,000 hours on AI prompting and has developed something that no one in the industry has talked about. In our opinion, this trumps "fine tuning".

When the outline is in-progress, the top right task try will contain the status of the work. You'll also get the pop-up that says the outline is being generated.

The left side of the outline is the competitors. The right side is CS AI. Choose the List option for a drag and drop view. Choose the text option to get a text editor that allows you to more easily make bulk changes.

The list menu is a drag and drop editor. The text menu is our preferred editor. Here, you can paste your own outline by using the designated format. You must retain the format of "H2: {section}", "H3: {Section}" for the text editor to work. We do not recommend H4s as they are unneccessary. Our founder is an SEO veteran and we strongly urge you to keep H2s and H3s. Your SEO rankings will thank us. You can save your outline and circle back or you can choose to write the article OR you can generate the article.

The last recommendation and MOST important is the Professional Mode.

Professional Mode (Taking Outline to Article)

If you've seen CS AI content, you've seen professional mode. This mode will write your article and analyze the article it wrote and it will make your article better. Essentially, this feature enables a mini-seo/content expert GPT.

Professional mode will use our custom GPT editor AI and it will make everything look better, sound better, and read better. Not only that, but you'll have tables, numbered lists, bullet points, and less hallucination. You are going to love it.
